Invoices clients actually recognise.
A luxury home-organising firm got its own site and admin, invoices that close their own loop, and its bank feed connected to the tools it already runs.
Where it started.
Invoicing, client follow-up and the books were spread across three logins and a lot of copy-paste.
Invoices did go out, but from an address and a name clients didn't recognise. They read like spam and sat unpaid.
Built around how it already works.
A site and admin of its own
Client intake, services and the firm's admin, built around how it actually works and owned by the firm.
Invoices that close the loop
Invoices go out from the admin, clients pay by card, and paid invoices mark themselves paid. Nothing is re-keyed.
A sender clients know
Invoice emails carry the firm's own name and brand, so a client knows who is asking before they open it.
Bank data, connected
The firm connected its bank to TEGO, and its own tools read balances and transactions through the TEGO API.
Reviews collected
New reviews are gathered in one place, so none go unseen.
Running every day.
- +Invoices send, get paid and update on their own
- +Clients see a sender they know
- +Bank data feeds the firm's own tools
The firm keeps the code and the data. TEGO keeps it working.
