Data Deletion
This page explains how to request deletion of the personal information TEGO Marketing (“TEGO”) holds about you, including any data obtained through Meta Platform integrations when you connect an Instagram or Facebook account.
What we store
- Contact details and message contents you send us (name, email, phone, company).
- For connected social accounts: the Meta access token and account identifiers needed to publish on your behalf, and the posts we schedule or publish for you.
How to request deletion
- Email aidan@tegomarketing.com with the subject “Data deletion”.
- Include the email address, phone number, or connected account handle associated with your data so we can locate it.
- We confirm receipt, delete the data, and email you confirmation within 30 days.
Instagram and Facebook data
If you connected an Instagram or Facebook account, you can also cut off our access immediately yourself: in your Meta settings, go to Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites) and remove TEGO. This revokes our access token at once. To also remove the records we already stored (tokens and scheduled or published post history), email us as described above and we will delete them and confirm. Our handling of Meta Platform data follows the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
