/ Platform — Outreach
Sequences from your own mailboxes. Replies in one inbox.
Multi-step sequences go out from the Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailboxes you already own. When a lead answers, the sequence stops and the reply lands where your team works.
/ Film
A sequence sending, a reply arriving and a deal opening from it.
/ 01 — What it does
Three things it does every day.
01
Sequences with real pacing
Steps, waits in business days and a sending window, all in the lead's own time zone.

02
Mailboxes that stay healthy
Daily caps per mailbox and a warm-up ramp for new ones. A spam complaint or a bounce spike pauses the mailbox before it burns your domain.

03
Replies sorted for you
Interested, not now, not interested. An interested reply opens or moves a deal; a not-interested one ends the cold email.

/ 02 — Under the hood
What a careful buyer checks.
- Your mailboxes
- Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, connected by signing in. Mail comes from your people, not a sending service.
- Caps
- 40 a day per mailbox by default, up to 500, with a warm-up schedule for new mailboxes.
- Timing
- Weekdays, 8 to 5, in the lead's own time zone by default. Mail at 3am reads as automated.
- Suppression
- Opt-outs, bounces and complaints are checked before every send. Every email carries an opt-out link and your postal address.
- Verified only
- Cold email goes only to addresses your list or the email finder has verified.
